Expedition fees are based on the postal code of the delivery address. They will be added to the total amount of your order when you buy online or make a reservation. To give you an idea of the costs*, here is an estimate:

The delivery date and time chosen for your order will be indicated on the confirmation email that will be sent to you.
Should you wish to change the delivery instructions, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For changes to the content of your order, please read the section on this subject below.
Please note that some rare situations beyond our control (weather conditions, external factors) could interfere with our ability to deliver on time. If so, we will notify you as soon as possible.
When placing an order by phone or through our website, at the latest we must have an approved and paid order by 2:00 p.m. the working day before delivery. Of course, you can place an order several days or weeks in advance.
To add people to an existing order, we must be notified 24 hours before delivery.
To reduce the number of people on an existing order, we must be notified 72 hours before delivery.
To cancel an order free of charge, it’s possible to do so with a notice of minimum 72 hours before delivery. You can cancel with a shorter delay (less than 72 hours) but the client will be charged up to 50% of the order total.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation which has been accepted if full payment of the order is not received on time.
The products sold may differ from the pictures illustrating them on our site. These images are presented for illustrative purposes only.
Allergen-free options are available (fees extra). However, as our company is not completely allergen-free, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces in our dishes. Contact our customer service for more information.
All our prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) with applicable taxes to be added. All prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
If a price increase occurs after you’ve submitted an order, no price increase will affect your order as long as it has already been submitted and accepted.
Payments accepted on our online store are by credit card only.
We offer other payment methods to our corporate or event planning clientele. For more information, please contact us through customer service.
We do not offer refunds if the problem is due to improper handling or storage of our products. When the product is no longer in our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to use it in an adequate manner for consumption.
