Due to the rapid development of the COVID-19 crisis, the team at Bernard & fils Traiteur has set up a business continuity plan for its Corporate Department, while limiting the number of employees on site required to maintain reduced operations. Unfortunately, however, the business is forced to temporarily suspend all Event Department activities.
The plan sets out several methods for ensuring the continuation of its core corporate activities in optimal hygiene, quality and food safety conditions.

We believe that employee awareness is essential to maintaining our quality standards. That’s why we have limited the number of employees on site and put an emphasis on basic actions such as frequent hand-washing, limiting physical contact, applying hydroalcoholic gel, monitoring daily body temperature, requiring employees returning from a trip to self-quarantine, rigorously following our hygiene measures, and more.
